Day One

The nations arrive on the nameless island by boat at mid-afternoon. They will be dropped off at a quiet dock and boat will leave shortly after. At the end of the dock, they will find some items that have been sent ahead for them by their bosses. Among these items are:

- Four tents
- Packs of bottled water and snacks
- A fishing net and a pair of poles
- Two pots and a pan
- Four first aid kits
- A limited supply of alcohol
- An emergency radio
- A limited supply matches/lighters
- Two maps of the island

The beach is nice; clean with white sand and a shady forest up the shore. Aside from the sounds of the waves, seagulls, and the wind blowing through the forest, the island is silent. The nations wanted to a deserted, tropical island getaway and this is certainly the right place for it. The Nations can begin to set up camp or try to explore the island. Due to the time they arrived on the island, they won't be able to get too far before night falls.

Activity
Weather: Sunny, clear, and warm with the occasional cool breeze.

Electronics: Electronic items will work fine during the day without issue. If you're desperate to update your Tw*tter account, you might get lucky and find an area on the beach with a faint signal. It will take a few tries and some patience but you will be able to update your social network of choice or make a brief phone call before you lose connection.

Magic: Magic will work normally on the island during the day.

Animals: Any animal companions brought to the island by a nation will stay close to their companion. Otherwise, they will act normally.

???: No unusual activity.

For once, Prussia has his priorities straight. Instead of mucking about, he sets his eyes on the pile of tents and immediately rushed over to claim one.

"I claim this tent in the name of the incredible Prussia!!"

Aaaaaaaaaaaay, this is so pretty!

[and so, puerto rico was the first one to flop on the sand.]

[Tents... eh, later. Greece would rather take his shoes off and go for a stroll along the water. The cat that got out of his bag, however, would rather not, and is staying as close as the tide will let it.

That, getting in your way, or clawing its way up your leg when you or Greece wander too far in the surf.]

[Well, first things first, probably. Lithuania will grab one of the tents.]

We should probably set this up now so we don't have to later.

[Woo hoo beach times!! America tosses his stuff down haphazardly in the sand and splashes into the ocean like the giant child that he is.]

[If you look near India, you'll see a big pile of coconuts and him carrying a rather large machete. He's smiling, though, singing a song to himself and possibly even dancing.

He'll probably offer you a fresh coconut for a drink/snack or maybe you offer you a hat made from the leaves he collected.]

Heck yeah! A vacation! Finally!

[Throws her arms in the air, kicking her sandals off into the sand.]

[ Guess who is currently trying to take pictures of everything in order to upload them to 微博?

Oh, it's really nice here.

[China is setting up the tent. You can thank him later. His back won't.]

[In no way avoiding Spain or America....the two of them. Figures. He's looking around the place. It's not terrible]

[Iceland has opted for both getting away from all the noisiness and taking cover under some trees and ducked off into the forest for a while. Norway would be proud, maybe, if he wasn't off looking at trees. But it's not long before he comes to the spring, and he decides sitting on the bank and reading is a good idea. At least it's a bit cooler here.]

[After putting up that tent and scaring Iceland, Prussia is bored and unsure what to do. So he's just hanging around and taking candid shots.

Also, he totally did not swap Austria's sunscreen for shampoo. Nope.

[ She may be old as a very old thing (well... not compared to a lot of her tent mates), but Portugal is already wandering away from the main group to explore a bit. It won't be for long as it'll be sun down pretty soon by the looks of things, but still, she's quite used to getting half-lost in jungles. For now though, she's sticking to the path at least and has let it bring her to the spring. It's a peaceful relief compared to the beach and she might as well fetch some more water while she's here. Seems likely some of the other nations will guzzle all of the bottled stuff in no time. ]

[ Happily enjoying the light breeze over by the beach, taking it as a chance to work on a dress she started sewing before she came to the island, looking back up at the sky every once in awhile, a very fancy looking hat shading her face for now. ]

Really pretty...

[So it has been up for one hour and is already full of sand. It cannot stay this way, so Germany will try to clean it out as well as he can.]

[Almost as soon as he arrives Latvia dumps his stuff by the tent, not caring at all to help Lithuania. Quickly unzipping the case he rummages through, dragging out his swimming trunks and something plastic and folded and runs off into more unseen territory to change.

Not long after you can find him sitting on the beach attempting to blow up a rather large inner tube. It's made of translucent plastic with a slightly blue tint and Latvia seems to be having a hard time getting it fully inflated]

[In search of peace and quiet, China has found a nice patch of shade, laid out his blanket, and is napping like a Disney princess with the bird friends he made earlier.]

[Holland sets his copious luggage on the ground with a sigh. After exactly 10 seconds of watching the others set up their tents, he's already digging into his duffel for his own tent.

Because sharing is definitely not happening. He'll be setting up his tent and his camp stove.]

Once his tent is set up, he is taking his hammock, sunscreen, towel and book to the beach. The hammock fits nicely between two palm trees; he'll just be lounging here, sunglasses on.
